Damaged and Faulty Goods
At Gardoo, our quality control is second to none. Everything is quality-inspected before it is dispatched to you and we take every care to deliver goods to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are either damaged or faulty, Gardoo will refund these items. We ask that you check your Gardoo order as soon as you take delivery and contact us immediately if you find it to be damaged/faulty. We shall then be able to advise you of what to do next. You will have 21 days within which to return these goods for a replacement or refund. In correspondence, you must provide your order number. Please note that all returns must be sent to us in their original packaging.
Incorrect Goods
We aim to send you everything you order precisely and on time. However, if a mistake should happen and you receive an item that you did not order and which was not a substitute product, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the exact details of the problem and we’ll advise you of what to do next. You can then return it to us within 21 days, free of charge, providing the goods are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Once we have received the goods, we will either send you the correct goods or refund you the price of the goods and delivery costs.
Unwanted Goods
If you change your mind, you can return most things to us with the exception of bulk items* and we’ll be happy to refund or exchange the product on the proviso that it is in fully resaleable condition. If we find the product has been returned to us not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Should you wish to return items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned to us within 21 days. Only the original purchase price will be refunded, less our delivery costs, and you will be required to cover the cost of the return.
*Bulk items can only be returned if they do not conform to the manufacturer’s specification.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you’ll have to be quick. Gardoo prides itself on its operational efficiency, so if your order has already been processed or dispatched you may incur a cancellation fee. Please see our Delivery Terms & Conditions for full details.
